ANew South Wales central coast cafe has decided to start charging customers 50 cents if they're talking on mobile phones while being served..“Fifty cent surcharge for being on the phone at the counter. It’s rude!” reads the note at the counter of the New South Wales central coast cafe..Is it just a chance to overcharge customers considering... So far about 10 people have been hit with the surcharge, although most of them haven’t realised because they’ve been on the phone?Is it a fine?... and Is that fine?.Is it karma?.Are we teaching people they can pay to be rude?.Or what?.What can't $$$ buy?
