Our Secret Spot - ladies clothing etiquette

Hi AllWe have been to CC before and they provide a sarong for the ladies to wear until they feel comfortable.We are planning on trying OSS for the first time this weekend and wondering if they provide something similar..... website only lists a towel is supplied.What do most (I know everyone is different) women wear when walking around the play areas??Ta
