Giving and receiving

Well today was a first for me. Every guy I have every been with loves to eat a woman out. Today a guy was happy to receive but had no idea (as it was over fairly quickly) that he would not be a giver. Tell me what your experiences have been. Has this ever happened to you? How did you react? Why do you think they did not want to give back??I am completely perplexed.
