The work phone

Often I get to the point where exchanging numbers is on the cards then I get...It's a work phone, so they can't actually communicate on it. Funnily enough, they can sit on RHP on it, they can delete texts if they really need to, hide their number if they want to call someone and really even if you have a work phone, who doesn't have a personal phone as well? It is such a cop out. So what excuses have you heard from people not wanting to exchange numbers?
