Length of a cane for over-the-knee use?

G'day, folks ;I've been asked to produce a cane for over-the-knee (OTK) use, but I have no experience of using a cane in this manner.Is there any sort of consensus as to what should be the length of such a cane?Eric aka Bottom_Liner
