Why do members stay online???

Hi all, just throwing this out there. We all lead demanding life's but do you need to stay online 24/7? Have been active on RHP for sometime now and the same profiles are active all the time? No offence to them as they pay their own carrier costs for the privilege of doing so. Thoughts on this please... It's hard to make contact when your punching out ZZZ,S or working???
