Inexperience

I'm 19 and lost my V plates a year ago. I've had sex a few times but there's still so much I haven't done (like been given an orgasm) Obviously I'm on RHP to get some more experience and find someone to try new things with. But guys, do you find it a turn off when a girl has so little experience? Or would you be happy to teach me a thing or two?
