Swingers Parties: How to host?

Hey all, seeking advice from couples who have hosted swingers parties in the past. We are thinking of hosting one on the Gold Coast later in the year but don't know how to go about finding a place to have the party at. We can not host it at our place as our apartment is too small & we have a flat mate.A hotel room would be nice but how do you deal with the no party policies & no noise or guests after 10pm? I was possibly thinking of booking a house but you have to book for a minimum of 2 nights & they are quite expensive. Do you usually charge people to attend if you have to book a place to host?I would love to know a way to get around this seeming confusing & pricey accommodation issue as I would love to host a swingers party as its something I've always wanted to do ;)Taby xx
