Boob tying

I'd like to know whether this is painful? (I realise that the ties would have to be released after a short period) Or "nice" painful? For someone with experience - how much rope does one need for D cups? What sized rope - eg 10-12mm? Nylon or ..... ?I recently saw a couple playing that way in a chat room - an instant boob job, was the comment!
